5 Day Detox Plan
DAY ONE
Breakfast
Fresh fruit salad
Herbal tea.
Mid morning snack
Celery stick
Hummus.
Lunch
Homemade vegetable soup with lentils and beans.
Afternoon snack
Handful of nuts and seeds.
Dinner
Steamed fish
Plenty of vegetables
DAY TWO
Breakfast
Yogurt with muesli
Warm water with lemon.
Mid morning snack
Slice of honeydew melon.
Lunch
Crudites
Hummus.
Afternoon snack
An apple
Cup of green tea.
Dinner
Bean and sweet potatoe casserole
Parsnips
brown rice.
DAY THREE
Breakfast
Banana and blueberry smoothie made with soya milk
Mid morning snack
Rice cakes
An orange.
Lunch
Baked sweet potatoe with tuna
Afternoon snack
A pear
Herbal tea
Dinner
Stuffed red peppers with brown rice, onion, celery and pine nuts
DAY FOUR
Breakfast
Glass of juice made from apple, carrot, orange, celery and kale.
Mid morning snack
Handful of raisins and blueberries
Lunch
Green salad with pine nuts, avocado and drizzle of lemon juice.
Afternoon snack
Carrot sticks
Glass of orange juice
Dinner
Brown rice
Prawn stir fry with vegetables, sesame seeds , ginger and garlic.
DAY FIVE
Breakfast
Natural yogurt with blueberries
Herbal tea.
Mid morning snack
Handful of dried fruit and seeds
Lunch
Mixed bean salad and tomatoe and basil soup.
Afternoon snack
Fresh fruit salad
Dinner
Wheat free noodles with peas, bean spouts and broccoli.
